About Aurora Sushi

Where Nordic aesthetics meet Japanese culinary tradition

Aurora Sushi Studio

Our Story

Aurora Sushi began in 2018 as a creative experiment by our founder, Hana Takahashi, who sought to blend her Japanese culinary heritage with her fascination for Nordic design principles and the mesmerizing aurora borealis phenomenon.

What started as pop-up dining experiences quickly evolved into a recognized culinary movement, with our distinctive neon-inspired presentation style gaining attention from food critics and design enthusiasts alike.

Today, Aurora Sushi operates as both a delivery service and a creative culinary studio, constantly pushing the boundaries of what sushi can be while honoring the meticulous craft at the heart of Japanese cuisine.

Our geometric precision, frosty glass techniques, and signature electric green and deep blue color palette have become our hallmark, creating not just meals but memorable visual experiences that celebrate the intersection of food and design.
